How long does my order take to ship?

We will start processing your order as soon as we receive it. We try to ship orders next day but it will depend on when the order was placed and what resources we have available. Expect no later than 1-2 business days until your order is shipped. We will reach out if something has gone wrong and there will be any additional delay.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time we do not but we are working on offering international shipping! Leave us a message through our contact page. We really appreciate your interest and if there is a lot of demand we will try to expedite this process.

What is your return policy? 

We do not currently accept returns of consumables such as salves, ointments, or fragrances.
